Owner Spotlight: Jennelle Wax
Bella Ballroom Dance Studio was founded by Jennelle Wax, who turned her lifelong love of dance into a welcoming studio where thousands of students have discovered confidence and joy. What began as a single rented space has grown into a thriving Newport Beach studio, built on Jennelle’s belief that dance is for everyone — and that learning should feel like a celebration, not a chore. Her vision was simple: combine the professionalism of luxury service with the warmth of a supportive community. Today, Bella Ballroom continues to embody that balance, making it the premier destination for wedding and social dance lessons in Orange County.
When she’s not on the dance floor, you’ll find her savoring lavender honey ice cream from Salt & Straw, reading about business and self-development, or spending time with her family. A seasoned performer, Jennelle has been the lead singer for swing, jazz, Latin, and top 40 bands.
