Everyone knows that ballroom dancing is a great way to stay fit and shed unwanted pounds. So, it should come as no surprise that many of the contestants on Dancing With the Stars become more toned and loose weight after being on the show. But when I read

that Gladys Knight lost a whopping 60 POUNDS after two month on DWTS, I couldn’t help but feel super impressed! Gladys said the combination of healthy eating and rigorous dance training helped her shed all of that weight. Wow! Gladys Knight may have gotten eliminated from the show, but she certainly is a winner in my eyes. 🙂
