Here at Bella Ballroom, we’ve had a great time working with many wedding couples that tied the knot this year. As 2015 begins, we can take a look back at the songs that really shaped the weddings, memories, and dances of 2014. After some research I found what new songs won the hearts of newly weds and what tried-and-true classics remained just as highly requested on the first dance floor. And, let’s not forget the wedding guests! The most requested wedding songs brought in a whole other set of tunes that got people up and moving in 2014. Take a look at the top wedding dance songs of 2014!

As you can see, there is some variety of results from the different sources listed here, but there were definitely some chart toppers that shined through. After working with Orange County wedding couples and guests throughout the year, I would put “All of Me”, “Happy”, and “At Last” at the top of the charts for 2014 wedding songs. I’m assuming that the lists above reflect American weddings. I’d be interested to see how these lists would change in the different parts of the nation. I’d also be interested to see what the most popular dance songs are abroad, and what hits are being played at more international weddings.

What was your favorite wedding song of 2014? And what new and old songs will top the charts in 2015? Only time will tell. Get your dance shoes ready. It should be an exciting year!
